Ben was an open, hardworking and supportive boss. He has a deep understanding of technical systems and knows how to organizes teams in a way that best serves the company. He is innovative and full of great ideas to incorporate the newest technologies to tackle current issues. His leadership and direction of the IT team were critical to our success. Ben hired me as the first data analyst at Gibson Plumbing after I completed a data science boot camp.
